Vi st\u00e4mde tr\u00e4ff ute p\u00e5 Volvo Pentas testanl\u00e4ggning i Torslanda, med v\u00e5ra v\u00e4nner fr\u00e5n Volvo Penta och Imatech. En dag som skulle ta oss till en del hemliga vr\u00e5r ute bland klipporna\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi b\u00f6rjade med en genomg\u00e5ng av Martin Jurfors fr\u00e5n Volvo Penta och Adam Hamilton p\u00e5 Imatech (Volvo Pentas svenska agent) av vilka egenskaper och vilken prestanda som kr\u00e4vs i den nya b\u00e5ten. Brandsk\u00e4rs grundare Janne Johansson, som \u00e4ven deltog p\u00e5 m\u00f6tet, k\u00e4nner b\u00e5tens alla egenskaper och har en god kunskap kring vad \u00e4garna st\u00e4ller f\u00f6r krav. Det \u00e4r en trygghet d\u00e5 inget f\u00e5r l\u00e4mnas \u00e5t slumpen n\u00e4r vi ska bygga v\u00e4rldens b\u00e4sta b\u00e5t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fokus f\u00f6r dagen var vilken motor som b\u00e5ten skall utrustas med och d\u00e4r vi m\u00e5ste ta r\u00e4tt v\u00e4gval, mellan vikt och prestanda. Vi provk\u00f6rde f\u00f6r att k\u00e4nna p\u00e5 karakt\u00e4ren fr\u00e5n olika motorer. Vilken fantastisk dag och vilka intressanta samtal!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi gjorde en del gemensamma ber\u00e4kningar f\u00f6r att hitta den perfekta motorn f\u00f6r att optimera b\u00e5ten i olika situationer. Tanken \u00e4r att man skall kunna k\u00f6ra b\u00e5ten med 12 personer ombord och d\u00e5 f\u00e5r inte motorn vara f\u00f6r tung, den skall vara tyst, ge bra acceleration, drifts\u00e4ker, god br\u00e4nsleekonomi och inte minst vara enkel att serva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Janne, Brandsk\u00e4rs grundare, som var helt lyrisk \u00f6ver dagen och de djupg\u00e5ende samtalen landar i slutsatsen att en D4 300HK \u00e4r en optimal motor f\u00f6r v\u00e5r nya 290 b\u00e5t. \u2013 \u201dVI vill ha en diesel med de egenskaper som Penta ger 290 b\u00e5ten. D\u00e4remot vill jag jobba vidare med deras bensinprogram f\u00f6r den mindre b\u00e5ten (260) som vi jobbar med parallellt\u201d, s\u00e4ger Janne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Varf\u00f6r v\u00e4ljer ni Volvo Penta till nya Brandsk\u00e4r 290?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013&nbsp; \u201dAtt jobba med Volvo Penta k\u00e4nns naturligt f\u00f6r Brandsk\u00e4r. Detta \u00e4r en svensk b\u00e5t som skall klara h\u00f6gt st\u00e4llda krav f\u00f6r svenska f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden. D\u00e5 blir valet sj\u00e4lvklart att samarbeta med Volvo Penta.
